MFRC offers sports and recreation programs that give youth a chance to stay active, build skills, and connect with others. Programs include basketball, soccer, multi-sport, girls’ rec, and more.

Led by skilled coaches, each session creates space to learn, move, and grow. Youth build confidence, make friends, and learn about teamwork, communication, and mental wellness through play.

Youth hubs are welcoming spaces to connect, try something new, and take the lead.
Each hub offers free drop-in programs created with youth and shaped by what matters most to them.

Come by to:
-Build life skills and explore leadership
-Get help with school or find a volunteer opportunity
-Cook, create, play, and meet new people in a space that feels like yours

Facilitators are there to listen, guide, and support, but it’s youth who shape the experience.

Free support for youth ages 12 to 29 and their families.

Mental health services at MFRC are free and open to youth ages 12 to 29, as well as their families. Support includes one-on-one counselling, family counselling, group sessions, and workshops.

Youth can talk to a counsellor, join a support group, or attend a workshop on topics like stress, relationships, or self-care. Outreach workers and mental health staff are here to listen, guide, and help make things feel more manageable.
