Amy has been working in Community Development for 20+ years developing, managing, evaluating and scaling programs for Newcomers, Seniors, Women and Food Justice.
Josh has been working in the non-profit sector for the past 15 years, building vibrant and healthy communities through various leadership roles focusing on child, youth, and family programming. This includes leading multiple teams and stakeholders in the funding, development, delivery, and scaling of programs focused on anti-racism, inclusion, equity, health education, youth mental wellness and youth employment.

Justine is a seasoned diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) specialist with experience in both education-focused and non-profit spaces. She holds a bilingual Master’s degree in Public and International Affairs, a PhD candidacy in Gender, Feminist and Women’s Studies, and a certificate in Foundations of Diversity Equity and Inclusion. With a passion for systemic change and a dedication to reducing barriers facing marginalized communities, Justine brings innovative approaches to internal and external equity focused training and programming, which is grounded in the knowledge of the lived experiences of the communities she exists within and works alongside.
Sumant brings a wealth of experience, with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful fundraising campaigns, donor engagement strategies, and grant acquisition efforts. His leadership and strategic vision enabling MFRC to expand its reach and make a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve.

Muna Awad is a strategic, resourceful, and creative human resources professional with 10+ years of progressive experience. Muna has successfully collaborated with business leaders across various industries translating ideas into tangible results. Throughout her career, Muna has demonstrated her ability to build collaborative partnerships with clients helping them see policies, procedures, and legislation not as barriers but as frameworks for solutions.
Muna has built a solid reputation as a trusted advisor, providing timely professional advice on recruitment, selection, training & development, compensation.

Lloyd Rang is an award-winning writer and one of Canada’s top speechwriters with over two decades of experience. He has written for global government and business leaders, and celebrities, and has been featured in TechCrunch, Forbes, the New York Times, and The Toronto Star. As President and Narrative Lead at Curious Public, he advises clients in the public, corporate, and non-profit sectors on strategy, content, and tactics. Lloyd has also been a television and print pundit and has led corporate communication workshops. He has deep roots in Scarborough.

Dan is a government relations expert and founding member of Sutherland Corporation, overseeing strategy development for municipal public affairs and government relations clients. He has consulted on municipal files with the City of Toronto and major municipalities across Canada. Dan’s expertise spans transit, transportation, municipal development, labor relations, and infrastructure. Before joining Sutherland in 2008, he served as a senior policy advisor at Toronto City Hall, bringing over 14 years of experience managing portfolios in development, infrastructure, and transportation. He has strong ties to Scarborough.

Angela Hountalas is an experienced HR professional, currently the Chief People Officer at Apply Digital and previously at PartnerStack. She has held VP roles at Sourced Group and Rangle.io, and leadership positions at CGI, Torstar Digital, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, EDS, and Pivotal Integrated HR Solutions. Angela has a Bachelor of Administrative Studies in Business Administration and Management. Her family previously operated a restaurant in Malvern.
