4.2.1. Malvern Family Resource Center utilizes external services for the creation of our webpages, only relevant information will be shared with external parties and information such as address, contact information. 
4.2.1.1. MFRC Utilizes external service providers for collection of payment. They comply with the federal standards set by the Canadian government for data collection regarding banking information. We utilize PayPal, Stripe, PaySafe and Keela to process payments. Please refer to their respective privacy policy regarding the collection and utilization of personal data.

4.3. Distribution:
4.3.1. Malvern Family Resource Centre does not disclose or sell personal information to external websites for the purposes of solicitation or spam. Any information you send us is strictly received and protected for internal use only.

5.1. The Malvern Family Resource Centre always seeks consent for all personal information that it collects, discloses and uses. This is done by providing information on its use of personal information prior to collection, or at the time of collection. The Malvern Family Resource Centre takes extra precautions when addressing the use of sensitive information, such as credit card information, and always seeks permission from the information provider before each use of the information.
