Justine is a seasoned diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) specialist with experience in both education-focused and non-profit spaces. She holds a bilingual Master’s degree in Public and International Affairs, a PhD candidacy in Gender, Feminist and Women’s Studies, and a certificate in Foundations of Diversity Equity and Inclusion. With a passion for systemic change and a dedication to reducing barriers facing marginalized communities, Justine brings innovative approaches to internal and external equity focused training and programming, which is grounded in the knowledge of the lived experiences of the communities she exists within and works alongside.

Lloyd Rang

Lloyd Rang is an award-winning writer and one of Canada’s top speechwriters with over two decades of experience. He has written for global government and business leaders, and celebrities, and has been featured in TechCrunch, Forbes, the New York Times, and The Toronto Star. As President and Narrative Lead at Curious Public, he advises clients in the public, corporate, and non-profit sectors on strategy, content, and tactics. Lloyd has also been a television and print pundit and has led corporate communication workshops. He has deep roots in Scarborough.

Dan Bordonali

Dan is a government relations expert and founding member of Sutherland Corporation, overseeing strategy development for municipal public affairs and government relations clients. He has consulted on municipal files with the City of Toronto and major municipalities across Canada. Dan’s expertise spans transit, transportation, municipal development, labor relations, and infrastructure. Before joining Sutherland in 2008, he served as a senior policy advisor at Toronto City Hall, bringing over 14 years of experience managing portfolios in development, infrastructure, and transportation. He has strong ties to Scarborough.

Angela Hountalas

MFRC 主任

Angela Hountalas is an experienced HR professional, currently the Chief People Officer at Apply Digital and previously at PartnerStack. She has held VP roles at Sourced Group and Rangle.io, and leadership positions at CGI, Torstar Digital, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, EDS, and Pivotal Integrated HR Solutions. Angela has a Bachelor of Administrative Studies in Business Administration and Management. Her family previously operated a restaurant in Malvern.
