Two Youth Hubs Open
Together with partners. MFRC opens two new youth hubs.
On August 15th MFRC, together with Toronto Community Housing, TAIBU, and Black Mental Health Canada officially opened the Empringham Youth Hub. Open Monday to Wednesday 3-7pm and Saturday 11-4pm, the Empringham Youth Hub is a welcoming space for local youth to hang out, get support with school, learn new skills and have a meal. MFRC thanks the City of Toronto for its support in funding this amazing addition to our community.
On October 26th, MFRC, together with Toronto Community Housing, TAIBU, Five Pillars, BGC East Scarborough, Behind the Line, Visions of Science and two resident groups, officially opened the Danzig Youth Hub. Open Monday to Friday 3-7p, the Danzig Youth Hub is a space and welcoming space for local youth to hang out, get support with school, learn new skills and have a meal. MFRC thanks the City of Toronto for its support in funding this amazing addition to the Danzig community.
