A certified program helping you develop life skills, learn about mental health, discuss the various effects of substances and its consequences.

The CHOICES program encourages youth between the ages 10 and 17 to make informed and relevant decisions and to promote positive choices in their lives. CHOICES provide youth an opportunity to identify their strengths, be educated about the effects of various substances and learn about consequences. The program also focuses on helping youth to improve their life and social skills development.

Weekly sessions will cover the following topics:
• Communication
• Decision Making
• Goal Setting
• Alcohol effects
• Coping Skills/ Marijuana
• Relationships
• Prescription Drugs
• Self-Respect
• Risk Taking/ Social Media
• Stress Management
