Rental Opportunities

 

Space at our newly-built community agency is available for rental. Wheelchair access and free parking is available.Located at 90 Littles Road, Scarborough, ON MIB 5E2.

 

Our Rental Facilities

 

GYMNASIUM

A 100 by 60 foot space equipped with basketball nets, scoreboards and stage. The space is ideal for sporting events, training sessions, wedding receptions, birthday parties, reunions, concerts or any special occasion.

MEETING ROOMS (A, B AND C)

Each room is equipped with a projection screen. Suitable for group meetings, dance classes, workshops, tutorials and more.
Community Room A: 30 person capacity
Community Room B: 25 person capacity
Community Room C: 20 person capacity
Combined Community Room: Rooms can be converted to accommodate 75 people

CONFERENCE ROOM

A professional space equipped with rectangular board room tables, executive style chairs and drop down projection screen. Large windows overlook the neighbourhood.
