Choices

Youth learn about substance use and develop the skills and self-confidence needed to avoid risk-taking behavior in this 10-week program.

Staff and volunteers will utilize interactive activities, behavior rehearsals, and video clips to illustrate weekly topics.

Topics will include communication, decision-making, relationships, goal-setting, coping strategies, self-respect, risk taking and more. The goal is to increase self-esteem, improve relationships and encourage pro-social skills.
