Yoga for Older Adults
A trained yoga facilitator leads the group through low-impact relaxing exercises to increase flexibility and strength.
What will I need?
- Yoga mat
- Bottle of water
- First time registrants should arrive 15 minutes early for first session registration
- A Doctor’s note may be required
