Yoga for Older Adults

A trained yoga facilitator leads the group through low-impact relaxing exercises to increase flexibility and strength.

What will I need?

  • Yoga mat
  • Towel
  • Bottle of water
  • First time registrants should arrive 15 minutes early for first session registration
  • A Doctor’s note may be required
    Consult your doctor before starting any new exercise program

Note: Fitness waiver required. Program fee.
